    1. Gold, platinum, silver or any other metal content of jewellery, watches or any other jewellery related products listed on TreasureChest.co.nz not being of correct karatage as stamped on the items or represented in any other form.
    2. Diamond qualities and origin as described on TreasureChest.co.nz including independent diamond reports from all laboratories.
    3. Retail Market Valuations and Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) will be of the opinion of the vendor and there will be no liability on the part of TreasureChest.co.nz or any of its officers.
