What is Treasure Chest?

TreasureChest.co.nz is the first New Zealand website to offer deeply discounted jewellery exclusively on a two product listing format, with free shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

How often are the products changed?

We expect the products to sell very quickly. If not they will be removed after two days to ensure fresh product is available and to encourage regular visits by our clients.

Where are the products that are for sale on Treasure Chest sourced from?

All jewellery products listed are sourced from bona-fide jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers.

Are the products new?

Yes. All products are new. There are no second-hand products listed and never will be.

Where relevant, do the products come with all guarantees and warranties?

Yes, all relevant products will be covered by their warranties. By purchasing through TreasureChest.co.nz you are protected under New Zealand law, namely the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

What is your returns policy?

You can return a product if it is defective but not if you have changed your mind. Send us an email at returns@treasurechest.co.nz for the return address details. Again you are protected under New Zealand law - the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

What payment options do you provide?

At this stage we accept credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard, or the SafeKiwi escrow service. We will look into other payment options in the future.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

Yes please read it by clicking here. We do not record credit card details. We will never email you asking for your credit card details so please treat any request like this as spam.

Do you provide an 0800 phone number?

No we don't provide any phone numbers on the site. We can only be contacted by email info@treasurechest.co.nz and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. This is to ensure we are not disturbed from getting all products out on CourierPost as soon as possible after receiving the order.

What happens if I buy something on Saturday or Sunday?

The credit card transaction will take place immediately through DPS but your order will not be shipped until Monday or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped we will email you a CourierPost tracking number and you will be able to track your order on http://www.nzpost.co.nz/Cultures/en-NZ/OnlineTools/TrackAndTrace/
